Pete loves turnovers. I think he'd hire Martindale if the stars aligned properly, e.g., Hurtt fired and Martindale still available.
To clarify, turnovers from his DEFENSE, and not the bakery kind either. His gum sticks in the bakery kind.

Martindale would be solid. Though his defenses in Baltimore became tired...

Better than anything we've fielded though, and I'd see his value being as much about fire and intensity / accountability as it is scheme.
