Looks kinda dangerous to me... for the clown!
Reminds me of the clip of the guy getting carjacked who screams, "Somebody call an ambulance!!" and then pulls a gun and shoots the carjacker twice. "...but not for me!!"
Yeah, I know it's a tenuous analogy. Going from being the one doing the scaring to being the one getting blasted. Something like that.
