Just saying what? Please do add some context or some of your opinion. Passing along a fan done article is hardly anything different then what everyone here is crying about or has be stated repeatedly.

Schneider sucks as a talent evaluator. The best group ever brought in was early when B Wags, et al came on board. That was ALL on PC coming recently from the recruiting trail. He had to spend literally days of hours scouring talent. Do they have anyone on staff scouting HS players, up to College? IDK, but they should

No one thinks John is solely responsible for the past 15 years. What we don't understand is why people act like Carroll having final say on personnel means most bad personnel decisions were his fault. Right? Just invert the argument; Imagine if people started saying all the good decisions were Pete exercising his power, and all the bad decisions were him listening to John. It's silly, yet it's routinely brought up as a defense of John.

Actually yes can blame Pete 100%.. Because as you stated in your own post.. Pete had 100% control of what happened to the roster and that's on him... saying what you said is just an excuse to take blame off him...

Scot McCloughan was the senior personnel executive for the Seahawks from 2010-13. I don't believe it's any coincidence that the Seahawks had lot of success with draft and acquiring players during that time period. He is an excellent evaluator and his influence defintely was an asset. If I was John Schneider, I would do what I could to bring him back here. That is what is needed.

Exactly. We don't know to what extent the decisions made in the draft or in player acquisitions were Pete's or John's. But we do know that Pete was coaching the team full time, and he was not out doing the scouting or micro-managing the front office. One of Pete's weaknesses is that he allowed and empowered others to do their jobs, even when they faltered. Pete listened to and relied on his people to a fault. I suspect this was true with John as well.

Just like the 'who was more responsible for the Patriots success - Brady or BB'. One left and didn't suck. One stayed and started sucking.

It's pretty much a given McD is going to get 3 years. That's what's expected. And in the other agreement you compare Tommy and BB, saying BB was the problem all along, maybe your right maybe Geno has been the problem all along? Well done.
