Here's the thing.

It would be one thing if Geno had the Raiders at 8-3 and was playing very well (for the most part). Him doing that still wouldn't be a good look but at least he would have something to back it up thus far.

But the Raiders are just a dumpster fire right now so him doing this is just par for the course the type of person/player he is right now.
