He hasn’t had a turnover but man he’s missed a couple of crucial throws and tentative again. I don’t get it.

Weren't you praising Russ for his play earlier today? Because Russ was 15 for 26 for 158 yards.

Meanwhile, you're criticizing Geno for going 24 for 30 for 233 yards?

It sure looks like you're just looking for any reason at all to pick Geno apart. No, he's not perfect, but an 80% completion rate in an NFL game is very good, and much better than Russ was today.

Now let me say this again. Saying geno looks a little off(not himself) isn’t bashing him. He didn’t turn the ball over. The point was once he sprinkles in his downfield stuff that he’s known for COMBINED with not turning the ball over we get 2022 first half Geno. He seems a little tentative but that’s understandable because I think he’s trying hard to avoid turnovers. We good on this topic yet?

I watched a lot of Russ today and I’d say they played different games because Russ was much more aggressive. Russ played a great game today and I wouldn’t say Geno played way better. You can say that because of the one stat but that’s not what I saw.

We were good on this topic before you responded to my post from 4 hours ago.

However, I'll just say that Geno didn't look off to me. Slightly more cautious about making riskier throws? Ok, sure. Slightly off in general? Nope. Not to me.

I didn’t realize this was that long ago, that’s why it surprised me lol

Maybe this isn’t coming out right. I don’t mean off as a knock. I think he was probably told(Mac talked about it) that he needed to cut down on the turnovers so he was doing exactly that. The past couple of weeks though he seems SLIGHTLY tentative. He has been double clutching, hesitating etc on some down the field stuff. The trade off has been good, no turnovers. I think once he gets a little more aggressive he will get even better. That’s all I’m saying.

It’s not a knock on Geno and it has nothing to do with Russ.
