To answer the OP's title question, not only am I not superstitious at all, I like to mock those who are, and a lifetime of doing so hasn't resulted in even a single case of that mocking coming back to bite me that I can recall, further evidence that there is no such thing as actual superstition, just biased fear-based beliefs in people.
I totally agree. But I've got my lucky rabbit's foot, so how can ANYTHING go wrong! :)

I have almost no impact on the outcome of any game. But when I'm sitting on my couch (or more likely standing 3 inches from the screen) I'm even more positive of my lack of impact on the outcome.

That being said, I'm happy to try anything twice if it works the first time.

The only superstition I have is that ALL SEASON LONG, I never watched a game LIVE (I have NFL+ and watch the game replays).

And that strategy has worked out for me for the most part.

Wouldn't dare change things up now.
I do the same but plan to watch SB live.

You need to do that to an actual Witch, :)

Who’s gonna be the first to say they haven’t changed their underwear since our last loss, week 11?

Who? Me? Superstitious? Nahhh. I'm a Black, COGIC/Pentecostal raised, born in The Boot (Louisiana) son of a sweet Cancerian lady who was also born in The Boot. Nah, I'm not superstitious. 😜 😂

...matter of fact, both of my beautiful Grannies were born in The Boot, too.

I just don't know how yall do it. It would probably make my head hop off my shoulders and spin like a dreidel knowing that our Seattle Seahawks are playing a game and nothing is physically preventing me from watching other than myself. That shit would fry my nerves more than the most STRESSFUL of Hawks games!

Well for my part, I do a ton of things to pass the time.

I know NFL games typically last 3 hours (with halftime) so I :

1.) Surf the Net (staying away from spoilers of the game)
2.) Play a game from my steam library
3.) Take a nap

Then when I see that over 3 hours passed, I don't go to the scores to see who won (as that is very nerve-wracking in itself).

I go to the Gameday chat and refresh the page to see what type of threads were created recently.

For instance, if I see jubilation about winning or whatever, then I know we won.

So after the 3 hours are done on Sunday, I fully expect to see threads like "WE DID IT!!!" or "SUPERBOWL CHAMPS, BITCHES!!" (or something to that effect) 'cause I'm not even going to entertain the opposite result.

WE ARE WINNING THIS SHIT. 😤

I make my chicken wings quite often. Our record in those games is pretty good & I even had a thread on here tracking it one season.

I've even made them for the early starts & had chicken wings for breakfast/brunch.

My wife thinks I need help.

I never bet on the Hawks. I never wear Hawks gear on Gameday. Before and after but never game day. Recently I found a favorite standing spot behind my couch during crucial plays. Works like a charm.

I watch the game most times. Sometimes they win. Sometimes they lose.

What I do/wear/eat/etc. makes zero impact on the game's outcome (if I'm not a 12 in the stands affecting the actual game).

If you have superstitions to calm your anxiety, cool; but all they ever do is help you cope. That's enough for most fans, it seems to me.
