They do a pretty good job of analyzing the gap assignments and overruns as well as putting the player's quotes regarding the play into the article together.

Sounds like it was the worst of all worlds. They had the right play called, we had the wrong defense called and we had like 5 people misplay it and anyone of them could have potentially blown that thing up. Bummer.

Good read.

Hey you're right, good read. It says something awful about me that I can't bring myself to give a crap about how wicked the cutback was and all I can see is VD grabbing Sherm right in front of the ref, who no doubt called the *exact same thing* on Sherman earlier in the game.

I love Coach Douche pretending like this is the secret-weapon-play-that-we-only-use-when-we-need-51-yards. Certainly people don't aspire to his position with a healthy does of self-absorption, but jeez. A little much, don't ya think?

Wags over pursue, couple missed tackles, a bad ET angle, and it's over. I think the 3rd and 8 where they allowed Keap to get 9 was the play that sank the ship. If SF is lucky enough to get back to CLink, Gore won't run for more then 50.

Lynch's huge run gets called back by M-Rob incidentally hitting someone's face mask. Gore's huge run holds up despite Davis blatantly holding Sherm.

Game. Blouses.

You know what this game really did though? It will force the players to pay attention to details, because it was small details, here and there that cost us the win.

This team is built for the long haul, to win over a long period of time but this is the NFL and you don't get those wins with out attention to detail. It was details that lost us the Detroit, Miami, and Falcons game last year. And it will be attention to detail that will get us Home Field Advantage, Divisional and NFC Championship game wins and a Superbowl win.

Go Hawks!

And to quote Cortez Kennedy, "God Bless the Seattle Seahawks!"

Bobby and Kam got bottled up too easily here, does anybody else think they got too close to each other?
EDIT: Now I see it actually says that in the gif. ((((I never learned to read))))

 hence the name clumsylurk? I think a lot of posters on here have that affliction as I see posts all the time that have nothing to do with the thread. :p

I know the officiating was bad, but HOW... HOW do you miss that blatant of a hold when it happens 2 feet in front of you?
