I did say usually, but on quarterbacks he's pretty worthless. I think it's a case of jealousy. well I'll argue with you on that one but Hugh Millen is harsh on any receivers that aren't necessarily perfect route-runners.
Hugh Logic:
QB Less than 6'2" = cannot be good at QB, regardless of completely over-compensating in other ways
WR who doesn't run perfect routes = terrible receiver, regardless of completely over-compensating in other ways
