49er fans kill eachother too, are you comparing them to Euro Soccer fans?

That may be the most annoying thing in sports right now. So many fan groups are doing it...showing no originality. Baltimore Ravens seems to be the worse of them all.SouthSoundHawk":1b7uqppb said:So, we're supposed to sing some crappy song from 2003 (Seven Nation Army)? That song blows.

Soccer crowd is totally different. Europeans are impressed by this kind of show: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JIR5yorakXQ
And if I know that the Sounders are the only real soccer team in the US (with real fans) no one know about it in Europe. Only the NY Red Bulls are related by soccer show on TV. And 85% of european soccer fanatics know only the Red Bulls as a US soccer team... Sad story

Scoring isn't what makes a game entertaining, if that was the case basketball would be the best sport ever

Remember, the only reason the previous record was held by a stadium in Turkey was because the Guinness World Record people were there to certify it. That means someone from that stadium asked for them to be there, which means everyone knew about it and was actively trying to break the record. It didn't just happen, and then end up in the record books.
Given that as a context, it is impressive that we demolished the record the way we did. Yes, we were trying to break the record, but so were they.
