I think we're seeing a young team that is believing and feeling good about themselves. This team is really good. And they are just scratching the surface.
There seems to be a cohesive mindset in the defense that we haven't seen since the LOB days.

I think it’s because he changed his name back to Tariq tbh?Woolen was not a liability last night.
Has he perhaps learned his lesson?
Or was this just a fluke?
2013 wasn't easy though. 49ers beat us once and ran us close in the nfc championship. That game was a heart attack compared to the super bowl. Texans and Bucs games that year were also super weird.I honestly think this is 2012. Next year could be one giant party again.
All I can really say is I can't remember a time when I felt confident going up against the 9er or lambs. I know there was such a time, but it was a very long time ago. Our current "success" just doesn't have me confident against either team just yet...View attachment 75256
But I do agree that we need to beat teams (aside from the Cards) in our Division, though.

No, you aren’t being negative at all. You’re being realistic. They have to start beating both teams on a regular basis. Like previously stated, I haven’t felt confident in games against those two teams in years. Mike Mac was hired here primarily to figure out how to beat McVay and Shanahan. Until he can figure that out, which I think he will as soon as this season, they are the third best team. In order to BE the man you gotta BEAT the man. It starts within the division. Like I said before. WIN THE DAMN DIVISION!I hate to be the negative Nancy but I still think until otherwise proven, we're the third best team in the NFC west.
