He's a LB 'in the style of' Bobby Wagner. He's very good against the run with a low missed tackle percentage, (74 solo, 71 assist in 15 games during 2023). He can cover 'some' but he's better at pressuring the QB. He plays 95%+ of snaps. He was a 3rd round pick in 2021 and he's in the final year of his rookie contract. His pay has increased to $3.116M due to the performance escalator. He's obviously worth way more. He's likely to be worth somewhere between $6M and $16M next year depending on what happens in 2024. Spotrac currently lists his Market Value at $12M. The Rams want to extend him, but there's a difference of opinion as to extension terms, hence the Rams letting him talk to teams. I think the Rams would want at least a high 3rd in trade value before this season begins, and I doubt they'd trade him to the Seahawks for less than a top half of the 2nd round pick. I expect him to stay with the Rams.
