Yeah - really don't see why other let this guy get away. Hell of a player and gets at it with the guys - loving having him on the team

In sure the Rams would have loved to keep him but they have a metric they adhere to in what positions they allocate money to. You can't argue it because year after year they are competitive .

The Titans? Well you can look at the crap show they are again this year and understand a bit the backwards logic in their current construction. When you are in a perpetual state of rebuilding and don't have great leadership, you bring in top talent and then are compelled to let them go because they offer the biggest return in the effort to plug the other holes in the ship. Problem for teams like the Titans, Jets, Raiders and Browns is that they are always plugging holes and never actually fixing the boat itself.

Good for us though.

He might just be the best LB in the league.

The defense instantly looked better when we obtained him.

Love the way he plays!!!

I get the Rams logic about being long-term competitive, but surely once in a while a player comes along and you have to break your own rules and just keep them?

Kinda blows my mind that Jones IV is 25, cast off twice and an absolute beast on our team.

I’m glad it worked out for us for sure. I think I heard we were trying to acquire him even before the Rams sent him to Tennessee. Of course, they knew what they had and didn’t want to see him with a division rival. It’s wild the way the Rams operate…but I’ll be damned if they haven’t been competitive year after year under McVay. I mean…I never heard of Puka Nucua until he lit us up in his very first NFL game. I just kept repeating the following to my son ‘who the fck is Pooyah Nooka’.

He was just the guy that MM needed to QB his defense.

This is thinking way ahead but…I wouldn’t complain if our first three picks are, in no order, Guard - CB - and LB.

Can you imagine Jones next to another stud LB? Good grief Chuck.
