I'm unsure why Seahawk fans don't understand "tempo" Its what the west coast offense was based on... Holmgren, Walsh etc... If you ever went to Seahawk training camp you could hear Holmgren screaming tempo, tempo. Matt Hasselbeck knows this word well LMAO!!!

On a side note, with all the additional long offensive linemen in camp this year, we are also going to hear a heavy dose of pad level, pad level as a point of emphasis. I'm sure there will be those who do not understand that meaning as well. Back to the future I suppose.
