Come on man.

With the amount of emotional investment we all have, it’s a wonder we don’t have reports of a couple “offing” themselves.

I tried real hard to remain logical and optimistic, but it was extremely difficult.

I actually had a nightmare about Maye running rampant for TDs and multiple first downs.

Eman is one of my main concerns when it comes to shutting down Maye’s ability to gash us with his legs.

Bottom line:
I fault NOBODY for being concerned or FREAKING OUT
Thus....

Well, some of us remember a young Curt Warner tearing his ACL in the 1984 opener...
And how we lost to Marino & the Dolphins in the divisional game with Dan Doornink & Eric Lane trying to muster a rushing attack

Nicks game one ankle sprain coupled with the pre Super Bowl injury just flared up that memory a bit.
That mid 80's team should/could have won a SB.

Bold statement.

Now that we know he’s going to play.
The statement is based on the report it was a low ankle sprain and my experience with them myself not that he is playing. Him playing could be a detriment if it were a worse sprain. So no, it had nothing to do with that.

So Warner got hurt week 1, and the GM never could work out a trade for a rb the rest of the year? Also a guy getting hurt week 1 is a lot different than this.

The point is Ground Chuck lost his pro bowl RB, we don't need our savant defensive coach to lose his main chess piece.

Sorry sir.. I disagree... thats an open ended code flaw.. it needs to have an open and a close ..... As a developer.. I know the dudes in the back end can do this but

<sarcasm>Emmonwori is injured... There goes the Super bowl.. we probably finish 3 and 13 next year</sarcasm>

Just give us those tags for some cool displays... Im willing to contribute some code... haha

Did you see the Rob Staton show today? He is for some reason calling them the NE 'Growlers'? Could be a British thing..
I did... and Rob was unaware of what a Growler is here in the States... and once explained to him, he commented that the Brit version of Growler refers to the female anatomy... and it didn't sound very flattering given his facial expressions in the moment. Awkward!

Its Mac Daddy's way of playing with Vrabel and a response to Kraft playing games with team sales information as a distraction. Maye is probably relieved to some level and at game time, Nick is going to play 100% after being listed as doubtful. At the last second, Nick will go back to the locker room, throw the gear on and make it out for the national anthem. Maye will be extremely disappointed to see 3 at full strength and so will the boys catching the ball.
Yup. This is asymmetric warfare at its finest.
