If the NFL is serious about reducing or eliminating concussions in the NFL, it seems strange that they allow head shots on a runner in possession of the ball.
When the anti-kickoff talk started, my first thought was, "Why eliminate the kickoff when you can just ban head shots on runners?" Seems that would prevent a great deal more concussions.
Maybe Goodell really isn't all that concerned about concussions.
