We were howling when the celebration between ET and Kam after that play. Talk about jacked up.

he should wait to celebrate until they stop them on 4th down. He ran around the field all pumped up only to give up the 4th down conversion. You'd think Thomas would know the Titans were going to go for it in that situation.

Better not let Goodell see that hit, ET will probably get fined for it.

Perfect hit, led with the shoulder and hit the WR in the chest.

I should have been more specific with my smart ass answer. I was referring to the GIF of ET hitting KC :D

Earl is routinely making game-changing plays.

Starting with his INTs in each of last year's playoff games, and continuing into this season the guy has officially crossed the echelon to become the NFl's premier free safety, IMO.

I think he misses too many tackles to be considered the best free safety in the NFL, but I will say that with the caveat that I do not know what the missed tackle rates for other top free safeties are. Maybe they all miss a fair amount of tackles

He actually makes some of the toughest open field tackles on the field. Whenever a guy gets to the second level he closes them down and makes a great tackle. He doesn't make many highlight hits but he is as sure handed as they get.

I'm going to second this. Dude looks beefed up this year, and I haven't seen many missed tackles this year compared to his previous 2 seasons.

Of course, I may be biased b/c I own his jersey. :)

I'm on the line on this because I love Sherman but I think Thomas is the best defensive player in NFL,,,,,,,,,,,except of course,,,,,,, Watts. That is all, as alot of you ol timers say. I dont talk much but this year,,,,,,,,I really want to talk a lot. Hah nice!!!!! And by the way,, got into a huge argument about whose better on our defense with a fellow Hawker (Sherman/ Thomas). Yeah,,, I dont care whose better,,,,love it!!!!!
