Well in this tought process, We can't blame anyone, or even talk about the team, because we need to now say "if you takeaway our sacks, you need to takeaway their sacks"... wtf?... "if we Talk away our turnovers, then you gotta take away their turnovers"... What?.. in that concept then no player should ever be blamed, because we have to go to the other team and take away their mistakes... it's hilarious

You can’t take away anything though. Or say if you take this away then this woulda happened. Honestly this is not that big a deal. I think you’re right that we coulda played better. I disagree that this was ever gonna be a loss. Normally I get along pretty well with you so I ain’t trying to keep arguing about it.

I will be critical of Olu in this game, but he did come in cold, I will be critical of Sam a little cause there was definitely some dysfunction for a bit, I don’t know if the dysfunction was play calling or just bad luck, but I’d say we played about 80% today but started off and then dysfunctioned our way into running out the game which is way better than dysfunctioning our way into losing. But even during the WTF phase of the game I never for one second didn’t believe we would pull our heads out of the sand and ice this game

I will also admit we got so far ahead so fast it affected my attention, I wonder if that happens to players. We started off this game making Arizona look like they didn’t belong in the nfl… reminded me of a game back in 2013….

This thread is as much of a blowout as was the game, except this thread didn't have a good first half.


For the second game in a row Darnold came out of halftime looking and playing like a completely different player, not in a good way. So I'm going to suggest we refrain from admitting Darnold to the locker room at halftime, instead keeping him on the field warming up, stretching, running sprints, etc. There is no way to justify three consecutive turnovers in three consecutive possessions.
