Do you want Cam Ward at #18?

For whatever reason, PFF simulator's artificial intelligence has not been picking Cam Ward and I have been able to draft at #18. A bit searching, Google's AI listed some reasons:

Throw Time:
Scouts have noted that Ward sometimes takes too long to release the ball, potentially leading to sacks and interceptions.
Accuracy:
While Ward excels with his accuracy on many throws, some scouts have pointed out issues with his throws on slot fades and go balls, where the ball might occasionally "get away" from his receivers.
Arm Strength:
While Ward has good arm strength, some suggest that a slight lack of high-end arm strength might limit his effectiveness in certain situations, like cold weather games with high winds.

If he is indeed available, should Schneider draft him? Is he better than Darnold, Lock or Howell?
