Cut Myers and sign a kicker who will never ever miss a kick. Who was the last kicker who never ever missed a kick? I’ll wait for y’all to do an internet search on that. Kickers miss kicks. QBs miss open WRs. Guys miss tackles. Nobody is perfect.

I voted that I trust him.

It’s a mental game for kickers. I almost feel as if….he NEEDED to miss a few in a big game. Crazy? Maybe…but, I liken it to Sam’s situation. Get that shit outta the way and get back to being one of the best in the league.

I trust Myers as much as any kicker. There’s no such thing as perfection in the kicking game. He was off for sure. But I blame myself for that.

Don’t worry, Myers, is only getting his misses out the way for this game.

All of the rest of the games, Myers, will be 100% good kicks!

Believe in Myers!

Myers has been solid all year! (Also in fantasy football as well)

Yes. Until it becomes a pattern I'll just chalk it up to having a bad night and kicking into a swirling wind. The 27 yard was just a miss, and you could see the you got to be shi*ting me look on his face when he missed it.

The wind was brutal last night but Myers seems to be hot and cold and stressful. To be fair, the misses are always more memorable than the makes.

The kicking game seems easy on tv, but the NFL shows the mental side and weather conditions make it challenging. That’s why so few kickers are elite.

If the kick is 45+, I would feel fairly comfortable running JMeyers out there. Flush yesterday, it happens. No kicker is perfect.

I think there was something wrong with the hold on one of those misses. You could see him and Dix chatting about it.

If so, it’s unlikely to happen again.

He’s one of the best in the league, and I’m not worried about him one bit.

The 47 yarder i would say is a pass. But the 27 yarder, idk about. He should be able to make that kick regardless of the conditions.

I voted yes. He had a hard time kicking in the wind. I haven’t forgotten what he did vs the colts. Not going to overreact after a huge win and tough kicking conditions

I just hate it when he treats his leg like a golf club on those two misses, he swings his leg towards the left on the follow to like putting a fade on a golf ball for that life for me I don’t know why he does that just kick it straight no matter what the best golf shot is one that’s right down the middle if that’s what he’s thinking.

I trust him. He just had a really bad night and now with that out of the way it’s out of the system the odds are with him

Rule of thumb.

Never take a penalty to move Myers back when he’s in easy FG range.

Everyone knew we weren’t tush pushing from almost two yards away.

This was a good tune for him to miss a couple of kicks, right before the playoffs with 2 weeks to look at what went wrong, and not let it happen again.

He's our boy - had a rough night.

Oh, and BTW unless I was too drunk to process it properly:

Didn't Troy broadcaster jynx him? Just before the kick he was like "He's made 18 straight" or whatever?
Yep, he did say that..and he knew what he was doing.
