Rams play the Eagles, Cardinals play the 49ers.

Rams can be 2-1. Either the 9ers or Cardinals are going to be 2-1. Sadly, one of those two will be 3-0.

After this weekend I think the division looks like this:

Cardinals 3-0 (Wait, what?!)
Seahawks 2-1
Rams 2-1
49ers 2-1

-- That would be best case. Cardinals regularly start hot then Cardinal it. We only have one more game against the 9ers, Cardinals two. I just can't pretend to have faith in Kyler Murray, but I can hope for the best this weekend.

I hope the Eagles beat the Rams, but the Rams might be the better team at the moment. It's close. If the Eagles had a better downfield/vertical passing attack, I'd feel better about the Eagles in this game. The Rams have a lot of offensive weapons and a QB who better utilizes them. Might be the game of the week, along with the Lions and Ravens.

But yeah, the division is going to get tighter if we take care of business, which I believe we will.

I want Stafford to retire SO badly.
It would help. I bet the Rams attempt to draft their QBOTF next spring. They have some extra draft capital to move up some to get a guy they might like. But Stafford is no easy replacement. Should be a first ballot HOFer.

It's nice that we don't play the Rams till the 2nd half of the season when hopefully our offense has hit it's stride. And we're going to need all hands on deck with our defense, too. Those games are going to be big tests for us.

I guess best case scenario Cardinals & 49ers finish with a tie, Eagles kills Rams..Seahawks kill Saints...I'm good with that.

With the way we frustrated the hell out of both the 49ers and the Steelers, I think notice has been served to the rest of the NFL that playing Seattle isn't going to be much fun. Will definitely be served if we secure a convincing win vs. Saints.
