If you weren't aware, according to Bob Candotta of the Seattle Times, the Hawks and Diggs have an important day coming in about three weeks.
On Friday, February 17th, the Hawks have a decision to make... whether or not to guarantee his 2023 base salary of $13.49M.
I'm guessing that they won't if for no other reason being they need the cap space to sign Geno to a multi-year contract.
He didn't play like a Pro Bowler this year. Hard to understand why he was voted in. It had to be his reputation.

He's a good player, but not NEARLY worth that contract. And he seems more concerned about holding the ball up and taunting than the does actually getting yards after catch.
