Delay of game penalties on O

What's the deal with getting the players to the huddle and snapping the ball on time. So many instances this year where the O either was called for delay of game or forced to take a t/o. IMO this falls on Bevell and Russ although I think it smells mostly of Bevell.

This was a problem all year and needs to be fixed. Cost us so many valuable time outs and even the ability to challenge calls.

The best part of Holmgren's play calling was his tempo and the team so quick in and out of the huddle.
