BB: our football preparation of rubbing, placing substances on the balls, and breaking them in causes a small increase in psi.
Haters: pfft like that is even remotely possible. Its clearly much more likely that officials for once did their job and guaged the balls to 12.5 pregame, then a secret patriots ninja snuck onto the field, past thousands of eyes and cameras, stole the balls, removed exactly 2 psi from each, then returned them without leaving any evidence or anyone seeing. Oh and its clear they have been doing this for every game for a decade.
kudos for the screen name however, it fits! :th2thumbs:
Thanks my man :thirishdrinkers:
And I am using common sense. No chance some pats employee deflated the balls after they were checked. No chance the organization would even risk doing that for the slightest of advantages, which BTW comes with slight disadvantages as well (harder for the quarterback to throw down field, easier for defensive players to intercept).
But you guys feel free to keep crucifying the organization with zero evidence against them. Either way, in the coming days you guys are going to have to deal with it when the NFL announces no punishment or possibly a miniscule fine for the very fact the balls did not meet requirements despite it being the result of natural causes and not deliberate action.
Cant wait for next Sunday. Gunna be a battle. GL to ya.
