Is Deejay a lock for the roster?

i gotta buy a couple small merch things - and a Deejay and No E T-shirt each for the season seem on my radar

So yes, Dallas is a lock.........plus he's a good change up back that probably will have a pretty significant role in Waldron's offense, as was evident by his first pre-season TD. That was a scheme TD.

But Deejay is probably as good as a lock, barring some trade or something. He seems more likely to make the cut than Collins, at this moment.

If the Hawks keep Bellore (which seems likely, given the loss of BBK and his time at LB last week), I'd see Carson, Penny, Homer, and Dallas as the other four on the roster.

If Homer is the teams best blocking back then why is Bellore on the team? Realistically shouldn’t the best blocking back be the FB?

One of Collins, Penny or Dallas isn't making the team. I'd bet on Collins, but the Seahawks do have quite a history of cutting preseason stars, so who knows?

Agree that Homer is safe. Russ went to crap last year when he got hurt.

Homer is great at blitz pickup - mainly due to recognition. He's also a decent threat in the passing game as a receiver.

Bellore is a run blocking fullback.

So Homer is important on passing downs and Bellore in goal line situations, or mixed downs if we go with a two-back look.
