Talented, yes, but a big chunk of change to pay a guy who is injured on the regular.

From what I recall they had A LOT of cap room, and still do this year. It helps speed up the process when you pick top 2 and can hit on your QB. Same with the Texans last year. I love Dan Quinn but he walked into a pretty ideal situation for a quick turnaround. It seems suspicious to me that everyone is overlooking the fact that HC Quinn, who took over a bottom dwelling Commanders team which he took to the conference championship game in his first year with them, has now added a hypothetically game changing talent to his roster. Not bad for a guy so many on this board rejected as some sort of failure of a coach.
Never hurts to start out by grabbing a rookie QB who shows off magic. From what I recall they had A LOT of cap room, and still do this year. Exactly. He wouldn't have had it so sweet here in Seattle and I have huge doubts that he would've had greater or even as MUCH success in his first year as MM did, considering the situation he walked into was far better. From what I recall they had A LOT of cap room, and still do this year. You see what a good young cost controlled QB can do for you! Add in Dan Quinn to this as well. I am pulling for them.Commanders slowly leaving the laughing stock of the NFL to one of the top SB contenders. Thats a huge weapon for Daniels (anticipating that Deebo attitude is because the fall out with the niners). Gonna be interesting seeing him along with McLaurin
Glad he's out of our conference too. Anytime an NFC west opponent gets weaker, its an added bonus for us!You see what a good young cost controlled QB can do for you! Add in Dan Quinn to this as well. I am pulling for them.
I can outrun my 21 year old son - what’s the point?True but DK is 27. Deebo is 29.
You tell me, someone made a comment and you said they were drafted the same year. I just mentioned same draft class, not same age.I can outrun my 21 year old son - what’s the point?
