"Default Re: How should we attack the Seahawk's defense?

this defense will try to take out some of our players out of the game, just like what they did to the 49ers. they will hit hard to intimidate. they will not care about flags or penalties. they will try to hurt us. the offense will have to punch back and hopefully the recievers will maul them with our blocks to help morris/griffin/royster. i hope our defense is fired up and knock out their kick/punt returners and make wilson look like romo. Kenny Easley once said, "I don't hit to injure, but I do hit to hurt."
I think that's the current Seahawks' defensive philosophy. :)

There a few DBs as big as Browner and Kam. They are LB size and as SF , DAL and CHI discovered can hit. They are not dirty players and seem to try to make clean hits. So the Skin Fans need to come up with another excuse

Its a difference between punishing and playing to hurt someone.

Our goal is to make you feel that first down you just made tomorrow when you can barely get out of bed, or in a few hours after the game when you try to stand up and its a struggle, thats all it is. No dirty intent, you don't wanna get punished? don't do a good thing lol.

i don't think they will be playing scared, but i'm sure they are well aware of the fact our db's all can hit, so i'm sure you will see some aligator arms and heads on a swivel... if they were smart anyways

When your big time receiver is Pierre "PUP" Garcon, you have to be a little concerned about him running into the land of Chancellor. I fully expect some alligator arms on Sunday.

I thought their fanbase had the spirit of Sean Taylor close to their hearts... what's different with our DBs (with the exception of #29)?

They don't intend to injure, but landing a few good sized bruises like the deepest black and blue sounds good.
