Apart from the stupidity and recklessness of his actions, I'm concerned that he was arrested at 2:00 in the afternoon. That means he was most likely drinking earlier, like when he got up in the morning, which means a really serious alcohol problem.

You would think that you would have the sense to protect yourself when you're about to become a multi-millionaire, and not jeopardize your chances. It's like winning the lotto and not taking care of that winning ticket.
