If you want a guard draft a guard it’s different skill sets between the 2 positions If you want to do a position conversion I can see doing it with a late rd defensive lineman and converting to OL which is something the Cowboys started back in the 70s. The Seahawks had done this with JR Sweezy who turned out to be a good run blocker but weak pass blocker

Loved JR Sweezy. But he was over aggressive. And no coach seemed to be able to fix that.

As far as potential offensive tackle to offensive guard conversions. They are already invested in three (in house) ......

I think they look hard @ Vorhees USC G, he is a bulldozer of a guard, with tackle experience in case needed in a pinch, same with Cooper Beebe Kstate G. Jarrett Patterson ND G/C is another i think they keep an eye on.
