The issue is the concern with him after last season is how he handles pressure. When he was pressured and teams started attacking him more he started crumbling last year.

It is a huge concern to see the same types of plays this year when he gets pressured. Hopefully he can fix it and play calmer, but going into bigger and bigger games will not help

But, considering how much he had to fix after he entered the league with the Jets, the guy has come a LONG way.

Darnold is who he is. He can beat up on bad teams, but the good ones who can pressure him or in high stakes games he's going to collapse. It is what it is. The good news is that his contract is very team friendly and we can get out of it when the time is right.
