So, I was not at the game, but on tv the 12s sounded in full on throat, and it sounded great. It's been far too long since the 12's have brought it. Good job 12's, let's keep it rolling.
If you were there, was it loud?

Playing against a crappy team means that there weren’t many opposing fans there, so mostly Seahawk fans. I would say that, along with playing that crappy team contributed to a loud stadium.

Yeah I thought that too.

Unfortunately when we are facing a better team, we will have stupid opposing fans in the stands and it won't be as loud.

But AT LEAST for one game, the 12th man was restored to its former Glory.

Seattle has so many transplants now that it's starting become a bandwagon town. The locals are trying to fight it off but it's hard without locals having a stronger loyalty and selling out for money. We didn't get the 12th man by winning championships, 12 was retired well before that. The Seahawks could also help by creating a Seahawks fan to Seahawks fan network for season ticket holders that need to sell tickets so they don't have to go to 3rd party ticket vendors. I would also say that people that didn't go that route if made available should be heavily penalized.

Bottom line is that if all season ticket holders showed up or made sure their tickets weren't going to opposing fans, we'd not be having this problem. Season ticket holders have a responsibility, and they aren't holding up their end imho.

They just want MONEY and that's it.

It's not all people's fault. The Internet has made it so easy to sell tickets now days. Think back to the 80's and early 90's. How'd you sell tickets back then? It was mostly all local business. We just need people and corporations to understand that and realize there's value to fighting for the local community and for loyalty.

I agree with you though, people are extremely money hungry these days. The love of money is the root of all evil, and that's playing out right now...

Wonder how many season tickets are owned by ticket brokers?

That's a huge thing that is a contributing factor I bet. They should definitely make rules around that.

Seeing all the red in the stands against the 9ers was sickening. But the best defense against that is a top D. Nothing for the tourists to see.
