Excited to see how Cole Young does. Been following him since high school. He and my niece went to the same school in Pittsburgh area and she told me about him early on. Was thrilled when Mariners drafted him and now look forward to see what he can do.

Interesting side note, and such a Mariners thing do, instead of dumping or sending down one of the many guys that are struggling, they sent Leo Rivas down. The guy with the highest BA and OBP on the team. Lol

Hoskins is having a great year in MIL he was a perfect fit for 1B but nah.

The future going forward, 2B and 3B are taken care of for years.
It takes time to get the future Ms up into other spots but 1B is the
easiest one to fill, perhaps Ford will be coming next to fill that role?

I wonder what the plan is with ford and Raleigh. Last I recall Ford can play 2B and CF but those spots are taken. Emerson will be SS. Williamson 3B. So what are we gonna do with Ford

I’m sick of seeing Garver and Tellez on this roster but that’s 1B and DH. Honestly done with Crawford too.

I don't understand why people don't like JP. He's a very good SS and a good lead off hitter. Yeah, he's not an all star level player, and I doubt he ever will be, but he's hitting for a good average and has a well above average OBP which is what you want from a lead off hitter. He's also really good at making pitchers work and sees a lot of pitches. He's honestly one of our best position players.

Pretty good debut series. Got his first hit and a GW RBI this past weekend. Not sure he really got tested on defense, but he covered the few routine plays he got.

Well yes @ Everett and Modesto, once they get to AA the callup can happen
anytime.
The Ms really want to bring them up close together as possible - I love seeing
it in action and I think it will work good too.
