I wanna see improvement. Mike is supposed to be a great teacher / coach.
Well let's see it. Let's see coach improve the play of the team. That's what he's getting paid to do. Otherwise GTFO and bring in someone who can.

I said this for Pete; I'll say it for Macdonald. What happens on the sidelines is not evidence of a team's lack of discipline. Anyone who has had children or even coached a group of kids knows this. People react differently in stressful situations; sometimes, it's completely out of character. How you manage those difficult situations is where discipline and culture come into play.

I won't go as far to saying Mike lost the locker room. What I seen on the sideline from the defense is competitors. How many times did the LOB get after one another on the sideline if something wasn't right. It's accountability and I'm glad Jaren Reed was on Hall for that mistake. This will only make them closer. There's still half a season left and the Seahawks are right in the battle for the division. The players know this and did not quit even if they were getting blown out. I think this last half of the season is where we will see how bad it really is.

Even Tom Brady said the same thing himself when he was asked about stuff like that on the sidelines. Pretty much a nothing burger, they’ll learn grow from it and move on

Players loved being here because PC let them be their self. MM is learning. PC spent more years coaching than MM has lived.

I don't see a lost locker room, but I don't see one with much chemistry.

In my eyes, Jarran Reed taking Hall by the facemask was something good. We need some real damn leaders. Get these dudes straightened out.

Big Cat is a lead by example type, but Jarran will hold people accountable right then ans there, and he's pretty damn smart as far as football IQ goes. Was our game caller on the DL for a while under Norton.

Reed may be the most underappreciated player on the roster.

An inexperienced head coach needs experienced advisors around him who have been 'live fire' situations before.

Mike has none but L Frazier. Almost everyone around him on his staff is doing this for the first time.

To think his support might not be equipped to handle things yet isnt a stretch. It's not to say at all that he has lost thr lockerroom, but if he doesn't have leutenants around him to steady things when he isnt able to, it's gonna be hard to pull things together.

Yes, these athletes are 'professionals'. They are also human, and in a game as emotionally charged as football, if things start to go south and the players get the feeling certain members of the staff arent capable of assuming control and providing clear and firm leadership... well, it could very easily result in the kind of BS we have witnessed to date.

Mike needs to hire the right people to help him. Great coaches have great staffs. It's why they are often talked about in the context of their 'coaching tree'. Name me one 'big boy' successful coach who had a staff no one picked from. Doesnt exist. They dont do it alone. And at the moment, i can't see any of the guys he has around him garnering attention from any of the other 31 teams in the league.

He needs the right staff. Jury is out on whether he has it.
