Same at the end of the first quarter. Had plenty of time to run a play but intentionally let the clock run down. No urgency.

Burnt timeouts were expensive last week, too, at the end of the game. I understand that this is just the first half, and that they don't rollover. But, in the 2nd half they need to stay on top of business and not waste any.
