but there's great risk it backfires. culture is a thing. the sideline incident with him and the panthers coach doesn't seem like an isolated incident. and you have your malcontent QB, who already seems disinterested in playing, and shows no leadership on the sideline. that lockerroom culture is gonna be a lot to manage for a coach that's already absorbed too much losing.
