and we have the easiest schedule left of any team in the entire AL.... They literally created an extra wild card and gave the Mariners ever single opportunity for this to be the year to end the drought. If they don't do it this year I don't think it ever happens. just lost 3 of 5 to two of the very worst teams in basbeall

And the good news is that if they make the playoffs, they will only have to face good teams.

Some of those recent losses may have been wins had just one or two players currently funked-up at the plate been in their June and July form. JP and France have caught the Kelenic disease and need an antidote, STAT. I've been concerned about JP for a month now... really miss the old JP and hope he comes back soon.

News flash Welshers: Good teams lose to crap teams ALL THE TIME.
The crap A's SWEPT the Astro's. Maybe they should pack it in.
Enjoy the ride, the rollercoaster that is baseball, and watching a team that's a legit playoff contender. Why not just enjoy?? To each his/her own. And I get plenty pissed. But doing it after every single loss? Meh, waste of energy.
