It's been so much fun watching him become the player he is. I think he is a lock for 30-40 homers a year for the foreseeable future which is incredible for a catcher.

Yeah, a repeat of the 60 might be an unreasonable goal, but 30-40 should be a lock. That's a lot of production from a backstop, and if he really does raise his BA likes he's been talking about, great!

and if he hits 50+ it really wouldn't shock me at all. His swing is very consistent and repeatable so who knows? I'm just trying to not get too excited lol. But historically catchers who hit 30+ year after year is so rare. Piazza might be it really? Bench is probably close too. I do think when its all said and done he's an all-timer.

The big thing is how much they will try to pitch around him. But with the guys behind him, that's a dicey proposition as well. Loving our lineup and thinking they could produce some record setting run production.
