Yeah the voters definitely should have taken that into account to make up for the 2,000 yards and 29 TD's Russell was behind Peyton on.

I do not think Russell deserved to win it over Peyton last year. I was annoyed at how preordained Peyton's MVP award was already HALFWAY through the season, though. I also think MVP voting should take place AFTER the Super Bowl.
