Unless they have changed the rules, the QB’s arm has to be at least vertical before the ball comes out to be an incomplete pass. Anything before vertical/perpendicular to the ground should be a fumble. Am I wrong on this? Has the rules changed as long as there is throwing motion no matter the arc it’s incomplete?
