I'd think Browner's statement would easily catch the attention of the commissioner, what with that league's recent concern for player safety. And the fact the Saints had sanctions levied against them in 2012 for similar though $ was thought to be involved in that case (hence "bounty scandal").
The Seahawks play hard and physical, but they never (at least as per K.J. Wright) seek to injure an opponent. I have a feeling Browner is going to regret having made that statement in due time.
