He knows his stuff. He's a tad hyper, not Romo level, but sometimes I do wish he would shut his pie hole and let the play happen. Or let the game happen.

Seems more like he's just trying too hard not to be a homer

He knows his stuff, but when making a point he always repeats a short part of a phrase in the middle of a sentence 3 times with small variations to drive it home, and it REALLY starts grating on my nerves when listening to him. That "...should not, could not, would not..." quote is another example of that.
