For Seahawks or the league?

Seahawks:

JSN breakout year
Running game has a monster year
Defence improves but not elite yet (takes 2 years for McDonald to do that typically and lack of LBer depth)
We start slow but get hot at the end of the year and make the wild card- rookies, new coaches, new scheme, learning curves etc.

League:

49ers take a step back. Still make play offs, probably win the division but not contenders- McCaffrey misses time, lack of defensive depth.

Packers win NFC, Chiefs 3peat

Stafford misses time

Bears are better a year ahead of schedule but offense wont truly take off till theres a new OC/HC.

Saints, Giants, Eagles fire their coach.

Macdonald is the antidote to the Shanahan/Mcvay offense. Mcvay retires mid-season. The Niners attempt to move the team to Altadena and petition to swap franchises with the Chargers to avoid another decade of embarrassment.

Geno finishes second in MVP voting, and the highest post on .Net that offseason is "Should Sam Howell be the starter?"

I've been saying for awhile (past few months) that we should be able to expand upon the 9 wins we had last year with what should be an improved defense, and possibly a little more offense production. 11 wins is what I expect.

I don't think it's a bold prediction, but a lot of people have called my expectation unreasonable, which to me makes it bold.
