IIRC, the estate is worded in such a way that she could decide to sell tomorrow or wait another 20 years. She has to sell at some point, but there is no deadline.

Hopefully we find a rabid fan for an owner. The Blazers in recent times have decided 30 win seasons are the standard. For a team with a winning history and tradition our time under Jody has been super disappointing
