Hmm, I just looked it up. PFF ranked us at #27, and the Cards were at #17, 10 spots higher than us.

Coming into this game, the Cards had the 5th best rushing offense in the NFL. You don't get that if your line is worse than the Seahawks' line.

Yeah, before the season started, they didn't anticipate that Paris Johnson would take a step up or that Evan Brown was going to be any good after the way he played in Seattle.

The fact that the defense did as well as it did against a decent line makes yesterday's performance that much more impressive.

This is getting back to the Pete Carrol DT/DE rotation philosophy of multiple big bodies rotating through the line, with around 65% of snaps for the top DT, and around 50% as the next highest, split several ways.
Wasn't it the Giants when they were whooping Brady in Super Bowls who popularized this?
