The more I think of him the more I think that he is gonna have a hug season this year, he has had a few good seasons but I think he is still greatly underrated around the league and has a HUGE chip on his shoulder because of it, I see him being a strong candidate for a break out\where did this come from season. He has the speed hands and eyes to be a truly truly huge asset. I know we all love him but I think this season we will truly see what a big part of the offense he can be, not sure where I get these thoughts from but I have a gut feeling!

BOOK it and archive it!

Depends if Harvin plays. His rookie season was amazing considering the lockout, QB, etc. How does this guy breakout when he's so far down the depth chart on a run first team?

I hope so for Doug. He's an amazingly intelligent and driven young man and I'm routing for him to get re-signed by the team. He's a talented WR with good hands and surprising speed. All he needs to do is to stay healthy.

Baldwin would kill in an offense with high volume passing. Put him in a Brady, Brees or P Manning offense and he would make hay. Not sure he would be useful in a Rodgers lead offense though, at least with the WRs they have now.

I think he's an excellent slot. But the truth is, the arrival of Tate finally stepping up in his role (and that seems to still be the case in training camp) and with Rice not hurt, just means less targets for Doug. Were a run heavy offense, so targets are going to be sparse regardless in comparison to other teams. Add harvin (if he plays) into the mix. Its not gonna be from lack of effort from him, just lack of targets.

Doug isnt going anywhere. And its becoming more and more obvious that Rice is either gonna have to take a major pay-cut or shown the door. I dont see Dougs production increasing to much this year, however, with the inevitable departure of Rice, he should have more opportunities in 2014.

I think Baldwin is going to have a solid year. However, put your money on Tate as being a Pro Bowler this year. Something's in the air with this kid.

Totally agree. I think they will both be great, but Tate is ready to make that moolah.

I feel we are gonna be a little heavier on the pass this season, it seems with RW being who he is, he will be put in more situations to pass and not just 3 outa 4 run it. I am just hoping and guessing, also yes his first year was great!

What Scott said.

Also, the only thing holding Baldwin back from a huge season is rep count, but even at low rep counts Baldwin has been an injury magnet. That's why I have a really hard time seeing him ever reach a 1000 yard season, even if he were catching passes from Tom Brady in that offense.

Hopefully he doesn't have to many yards. That means the hawks are having to pass the ball a lot rather than run. Which in petes system means there defense isn't playing well. Baldwin is prolly the best 4th receiver in the nfl with that said.

I've had a good feeling about DB for the last couple weeks, I think he's going to be pure $$ on 3rd down conversions.

I think DB will be statistically more productive per catch than he ever has. I think he will still be a solid target on 3rd down and will make big plays when given the opportunity.

I understand that Rice is expensive but no way he gets cut, we absolutely require a WR his size ans speed to do what PC wants on offense.

Not for the price. Most expensive seahawk on the roster this year. As much as rice is the man, cant fathom how we justify his salary when we have others to contracts next year. Just cant.

Not necessarily. If the run game is solid like it should be, the YPC of the receivers could actually increase, so even if they get a few less touches, they could still tack on the yards. I don't worry too much about the D, they should be fine. But I agree that Baldwin might be one of the best 'depth' WRs in the game right now.
