I was on the fence about JSN, but Doug gave the green light so I guess he is really good.

Lockett was great. JSN is on his way. I have a Largent jersey and wear it proudly. To me though, Angry Doug Baldwin ranks #1.

I remember that TD to win the game when he had teeth go through his cheek and break off. Lockett lasted longer because he didn't do that. I'm not throwing shade, but that attitude, to me, ranks ADB higher. In retrospect, i think he played a major role managing RCW and LOB as the parent in the room.

Largent was a different era. Maybe he should up there. Hopefully JSN reaches the top and stays there for a decade. Lockett will be easily be in the ROH. Even DK was fun to watch for his time. Seahawk fans have been pretty lucky to have these guys to watch.

He said he doesn't watch football so How would he know anything about JSN?

We have been fortunate with who we have had at WR, Largent, McCullum, Blades, Gallaway, Ingrum, Jackson, Baldwin, Lockett, now JSN. I am sure to leave a few off but I am remembering guys that were here for a lengthy time, not one and done's.

We were never the team with the Superstar; Largent did what he did quietly, we had Galloway who got some attention then pissed off Holmgren and was shown the door very early in his career, Koren Robinson was supposed to be that next big thing and failed, we have been trying to get a guy like that for a long time and finally got DK, he was a freak, but shown to be a head case on a more minor level and never worked to improve his game to be what he could have been in the Elite category.

I love Doug, and respect his opinions because I know that man speaks the truth.. I truly hope JSN becomes the greatest WR in Hawks history..

I think just about everyone here on .net was excited when JSN was drafted, but do you remember some of the negativity from the draft experts? People were especially put off by his 4.5 time in the 40.

Here is one example, from Kyle Stackpole of CBS Sports prior to the draft. He said JSN was "small and spindly" and: "He's not an elite athlete and doesn't have much power through contact in his routes or after the catch."
