No. Kansas City has only won 3 Super Bowls in the last 53 years. Not good enough.
They've gone to 4 of the past 5 SB's, winning 3 of them, including the last two in a row. In the past 5 years, the only season they didn't go to the SB they lost in the conference championship game....in overtime. They've gone to the AFCCG 6 straight seasons. They've won their division for 8 straight years, racked up 11 straight winning seasons, a 108-39 regular season record and a .735 winning percentage over the past 9 years and went to the playoffs in all 9 of those seasons. They are by far the most dominant team in recent history.

In this day and age of free agency and parity, that's a pretty amazing feat. Not quite to the level of the Patriots, but nevertheless impressive enough to qualify as a dynasty in my book.

3 out of the last 53 Super Bowls.
You're looking at too broad of a picture. No one uses over a half century to measure a dynasty. The New York Yankees, UCLA Bruins, New England Patriots, Montreal Canadians, and Boston Celtics wouldn't qualify as dynasties under those conditions.

To say that your opinion is an outlier is a gross understatement. Using 53 years to measure a dynasty is absurd.
Sometimes a gross absurdity isn't enough.. where's the sarcasm emoji?
