He didn't. Either time. He lost both contracts because of his behavior—this last time because he started threatening witnesses to those allegations, not because of the allegations, which were there before he signed with the Patriots.
We're still presumed innocent until proven guilty, but this ain't that. This is 100% a series of self-inflicted wounds.
