Odd that the new DC experience is running a 4-3. Yes I'm aware Macdonald will be running the defense......to begin with. I thought for sure he would be bringing some of the defensive staff over from the Ravens, but didn't and now he hired a DC who been running a 4-3 for years. Seems odd.
