I was looking at one of the NET Unfinished Business t-shirts I had made after the SBXL* fiasco the other day. The back of the shirt says UNFINISHED BUSINESS 2006.

8 years.

It's been 8 years since. I never, ever thought it would take 8 years to get back to the Super Bowl. We are 10 days away from finally collecting that debt. For every Seahawks fan who has suffered bitter losses, corrupt officiating, days, weeks, months, years, decades of ridicule...

This opportunity has to be seized. It really IS NOW time!

Let's do this.

FIFTY BURGER!!!!!
FIFTY BURGER!!!!!!!!!!!!

I want to destroy peyton manning,

I want black clouds overhead, swirling winds,
crying adolescent donkey fans in the crowds asking their moms

"Whats wrong with PAPA Peyton mama!? why isn't he scoring all those touchdowns and those scary colored people?"

to end it I would love a sherm pick 6 to make the game like 84 - 0
capped off by a Peyton manning profanity laced meltdown caught on a hot mic complete with a few N bombs and seeing America scramble to defend "perfect" peyton.

Maybe a snap shot of roger goodelle wetting himself like that guy in teenwolf.

I would like a spirited nice game :)
whoops thought this was the smack shack.

Funny thing those shirts. I have been wearing mine quite a bit this season, and got to wondering what would I do once we actually win the big one. I think I have to retire that shirt for sure, but I just can't ever get rid of it, so it will become an homage to all those years of waiting.

Amen Brother. It's also a stark reminder that nothing can be taken for granted and it is indeed a precious, rare event to make it all the way to the Big Dance. We have to overcome the noise, the obstacles in our path and bring home the Lombardi Trophy that is 8 years overdue. This team can do it. This team will do it. I feel it in my Soul.

Aros, you need to remember to consult the 8 ball sometime before the game.

Exactly! They have to deal WITH US! Spin it however ya want media machine...This is every bit about how the Broncos are going to deal with the Seahawks as much as anything else going on in this matchup. As for the 8 Ball...Oh yes indeed...The Oracle Shall Speak!

Aros question how long did you think it would be till the hawks made it back? I assume you didn't see the huge drop off from the 06 team coming but did you think it would be longer then this or shorter?

F the Donkey fans, we all knew at the end of last season this was the Hawks year. The team has delivered our beleaguered fan base to the threshold of greatness. All that is left is the whimpering of ignorant Donkey fans. F you Denver fans, this was destined to be OUR YEAR. Take your Manning love fest and stick it. Our team and fan base are the team of destiny. Go polish your 2 Lombardi's, we want and deserve our first. First of many over the coming years....

I really did expect to be back in 2006...Then when Ruskell allowed Hutchinson to walk the writing was on the wall. Our window was closing at light speed. I guess I assumed we would be back with most the guys intact but the Ruskell Era really doomed any legitimate shot of making it back. I guess to answer your question I assumed it would be shorter. I thought we would get back before Hasselbeck left. Better late than never!
