Seattle's D has been good you could make a case for about 8 players from that unit.
Bennett has been THE MAN this year (again), Avril always brings it, Bruce Irvin has been an absolute standout, and KJ Wright, if he'd been able to play his "normal" position all year is deserving as well.
It's nice to see Bennett at least get the alternate recognition.
I sure can't think of many players I'd trade Bennett, Irvin, Avril, KJ for.
We're quietly getting a nice season out of Williams too. Mebane was having another terrific year before his injury.
And J.R. Sweezy totally deserves some recognition here too. Maybe a lot of people still can't look past his 7th-round converted DT story. Or maybe his name is just TOO cool and actually works against him.
